The exclusive rate for our attendees is $289 per night (Tax not included in listed price).

We are accepting abstract submissions. The deadline is January 20, 2026.

Early registration deadline: April 15
Early registration prices:
- $340 for non-faculty
- $415 for faculty
Late registration deadline: May 10
Late registration prices:
- $440 for non-faculty
- $515 for faculty
Conference registration included breakfast, lunch, and refreshments on all conference days.
Cancellations before May 10 will be refunded, subject to a 10% cancellation fee. We apologize that we will not be able to provide refunds after May 10.
